Open year around in Phoenix is the little know Penske Racing Museum. Roger Penske is owner of the Penske Racing Team.  If you are familiar with Indy racing, you’ve heard the name. Or maybe you’ve heard of Penske vans that you can rent. Penske Automotive Group sells cars all across America and in Scottsdale they have quite the complex selling Acura, Bentley, Audi, Jaguar,
BMW, Lamborghini, Mini, Porsche, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Bugatti. Heck, I never even heard of Bugatti.

For fans they have a nice little museum or showroom full of race cars. I count 7 Indy winners including the car Rick Mears won the 1979 Indy race with. That’s important to Amy and I, since we were both at the race. Although, it was four years before we would meet.

The first floor is wall to wall cars. Mostly Indy, but a pace car, Nascar and a couple others thrown in. Going up to the second floor you’ll find the Boutique or gift shop. If you’re hungry you’ll want to go into “The Turn 4 Cafe”.
