As a follow-up to my previous post on Credit Unions, I thought I should share this article on credit union home loans. It explains how credit unions did not get themselves involved in the subprime mortgage mess and that they do have money to lend. You do have to be a qualified buyer, don’t expect a 100% loan. They can be a good option for many people.
